Trump Magazine

Trump

by Larry Dobrow, Tuesday, July 25, 2006
I BELIEVE EVERY TV celebrity, A-list or D, should have a magazine to call his or her own. I constantly find myself wondering about Larry King's fitness routine. I'm interested in learning Sharon Osbourne's thoughts on renewable energy sources. I'd pay $5.99 for any publication in which Robin from "The Real World: San Diego" waxes philosophic about both the real (world) and the fake (breasts).

So yeah, Trump is by a wide margin my favorite publication of all time--which, to anybody who knows me even casually, shouldn't come as much of a surprise. Like Donald, I boast a closet full of shoes tailored from the finest reptile hides. Like Donald, I "think big [and] live large," just like it says right there on the cover. Like Donald, I've never hesitated to trade in my galpals for newer models when their leases are up. Truly, I am aglow in Trumpiness; I am nothing if not a clump of Trump.

This magazine makes it possible for me to enter the master's universe, if only for a few brief, inky moments. In the summer issue of Trump, I bask in the glory that, come 2008, will be Trump Tower Philadelphia. I learn about how "Saturday Night Live" player Darrell Hammond admired Donald's work ethic during his guest-host stint. I even chortle gaily at the delightful house ad for the magazine itself ("subscribe... or you're fired!"). See, that's whimsical because on "The Apprentice," Donald's catchphrase is "you're fired!" Whimsical!

But all this pales beside the cover profile of Donald spawn Ivanka. Alternately described in it as "lovely," "impossibly lithe" and "smart as a whip" (a triple threat!), Ms. Trump charts out the course for modern trust-fund femininity over the course of a mere five pages. Oh, to be a Calphalon non-stick omelet pan dangling above her kitchen island... wait, does that make me sound like a perv? In any event, I suppose it's within the realm of possibility that a more incisively objective profile will run in a major American publication this decade, but the Ivanka piece sets the bar impossibly high--as high as the 64-story tower Donald is currently erecting in Las Vegas, which may or may not feature a Megu restaurant.

If I have one complaint about the summer issue of Trump--and mind you, it's a teensy, insignificant one--it's that there's simply not enough Donald in it. Sure, we're treated to pix of Donald with Mrs. Donald and Donald with members of The O'Jays and Donald with Katie Couric, a feature on Donald's shiny new Philly tower, factoids on Trump University, the revelation that Donald "last year admitted to trying out the [Honma golf] clubs to Travel + Leisure," a graphic depicting how every reality show copies "The Apprentice," and assorted plugs for Donald's signature collection of watches and his Trump Marina hotel and his other Atlantic City properties and his Atlantic City "Apprentice" penny video slots and his West Palm Beach golf club and TrumpTheMag.com and Trump The Fragrance and Trump Mortgage and Trump Vodka.

But otherwise serviceable items--about the evolution of panama hats, the business moxie of Kiss bassist Gene Simmons and new design trends in prefab housing, not to mention a well-chosen excerpt from Alvin and Heidi Toffler's Revolutionary Wealth--are fatally marred by Donald's absence. And while the magazine boasts a handful of genuinely creative photo flourishes (diamond-studded watches set against a backdrop of diamonds, a meticulously arranged spread of super-luxe accessories), I can't think of a single good reason why Donald himself wasn't tapped to model the goodies. Well, except if maybe he had a meeting or something. I hear he's quite strapped for time nowadays, what with the demands of applying for trademarks on all things Trump.

In short, if you love and admire Donald Trump as I do, Trump is the one magazine you can't live without. Less a publication than a beacon of light and hope in this topsy-turvy world of ours, Trump makes Vanity Fair look like a steaming pile of muskrat turd.

Men's Fitness Magazine

Men's Fitness

by Fern Siegel, Wednesday, July 26, 2006

THIS month, Men's Fitness has a striking cover boy who looks like an actor. And, in one of those life-imitates-art moments, he is. James Marsden of "X-Men: The Last Stand" and "Superman Returns" is Grade-A beefcake prime: the abs, the chest, the arms. And men, take note. Sure, women want you to be smart, sensitive and have a good sense of humor. But rippling pecs can't hurt.

According to MF's cutline--"why the best man wins"--a lean, rock-hard body is only part of the package. This isn't a body-building mag, rife with megavitamin and protein supplement ads. To its credit, MF stories on cutting fat and gut loss are health-driven and accompanied by sex tips to keep the ladies happy. Plus, "Get Sauced" rates BBQ sauce in a sassy way, though the "Best Shot" list of potent, low-cal drinks raised an eyebrow. Grenadine, Sambuca and Baileys save on calories? Then again, I salute any man brave enough to order one of these at Hogs & Heifers.

In the Q&A section, the queries are instructive. When women ask men "do I look fat?" they're really quizzing them on the state of the relationship. It's no time to suddenly declare a love for size-2 models. Should you keep the salmon skin on when grilling? Yes, it adds flavor. And yes, a heavy backpack is a big fat no. Personally, I applaud the editors for addressing the gestalt of a man's life. Of course, there are the requisite categories--sports, fitness, nutrition, tech and grooming--but the approach is friendly and accessible, along the lines of everyone can do it, dude.

"Sports Zone" provides quick updates from biking to baseball, while a sidebar on radar equipment ends on this delightfully kitschy note: "These four will not only protect you from the po-po [police], they'll look great on your dashboard next to Hula Jesus." Bobby Flay contributed the meal-of-the-month recipe--grilled spicy filet mignon salad (which I ripped out) and the ultimate margarita, with an overhead shot that makes the idea of bathing in one enticing.

Also, good news for women who find bulked-up guys scary, since you can't help wondering if he takes steroids with his Cheerios. The next generation of action heroes is "thin, sexy and toned. Not too big, and not too ripped." That announcement is courtesy of Greg Joujon-Roche, Hollywood trainer to the stars, who gave Brad Pitt a Greek god's physique in "Troy." Brad's biceps were thanks to a rigorous five-day-a-week regime that took no prisoners. As Roche notes, you don't get that body from beach runs, so to all you med students on summer break: stick to the books.

Just under the Roche report is an interview with Brian Dee from the "Fast and Furious" movies. He says women are drawn to confident guys with a kick-ass car. And most of these women, Brian, are 17. Grown-up women are much more impressed by a man with a positive outlook, healthy portfolio and the ability to iron his own shirts.

Finally, because men, like women, enjoy shopping, there is a "Men's Mart" section--watches, videos and a ROM exercise machine that delivers an "excellent cardiovascular strength and flexibility exercise in 4 minutes per day." So what if it looks as if it were designed by H.G. Wells for time travel; it's four minutes a day! It's also $14,615, which means Brad Pitt is its target customer.

But for every 100-pounder who didn't make the football team, cheer up: James Marsden has been there. A lonely Oklahoma boy who girls didn't notice grew up to be the new breed of up-and-coming star. At 32, he's a character actor who says he began living once he had kids. He's devoted to his wife and family, though I'm sure two hit movies do wonders for the ego. Still, the interview, which focuses on his home life vs. stardom, is typical of MF's style. Its tone, slick design and feel-good ethos score.

In keeping with typical men's mags, MF ends with a pinup shot of actress Olivia D'Abo, who earns a centerfold and brief story. But it's done in a sexy, tasteful way and her dating advice to men is worth noting. A little cheesecake, a touch of beefcake and a lot of good, solid information makes MF a winner.

Secure Internet Protocol (IP) Coprocessor Chip Adds Encrypted Wifi Connectivity

Connect One Chip Offloads Internet Protocols, Network Security, and Encryption for Protected WiFi Access

iChipSec CO711AG includes complete IP stack, popular cipher suites, and SSL3/TLS1 for secure, low-cost M2M networking.

Kfar Saba, Israel, July 25, 2006 --(PR.COM)-- Connect One™, the Device Networking Authority™, today announced the release of iChipSec™ CO711AG, a secure Internet protocol (IP) coprocessor chip that easily adds encrypted WiFi connectivity to price-sensitive machine-to-machine (M2M) applications. The iChipSec coprocessor encrypts and decrypts data and acts as a controller that enables a host processor to use 802.11b/g wireless networks for sending and receiving secure data via a wide range of Internet protocols. CO711AG also supports switchable access to cellular, dial-up, 10/100BaseT Ethernet networks. Typically requiring only one man-month of development time, CO711AG speeds the introduction of secure communication for privacy-sensitive non-PC products such as point-of-sale (POS) terminals and medical devices.

iChipSec is a new branch within the iChip family of IP coprocessors. It is a drop-in system-on-a-chip (SoC) that frees up processing time on the host processor by offloading cryptography, network security and TCP/IP tasks. CO711AG uses the SSL3/TLS1 protocol to support one secure client socket session or one secure FTP session. It supports digital signatures using RSA public and private keys and hash algorithms to sign and verify data. Cipher suites used for encryption include 3DES, AES-128, AES-256, ARC4, MD5 and SHA-1. For WiFi applications, CO711AG also supports WEP and WPA encryption.

The CO711AG offers unprecedented ease of adding security to an embedded design. Only one command is needed to open the SS3/TLS1 socket and an additional command opens a secure FTP session. Just four commands are needed to set the parameters used to define the cipher suite, the certificate authority, the iChipSec certificate, and the iChipSec private key. iChipSec uses X.509 client and server certificate authentication to perform both client and server authentication and to manage a chain of server certificates. It stores and manages up to four certificate authority certificates, plus the private key for client certificate authentication.

“iChipSec enables us to secure the real-time transmission of pulse rate, electrocardiogram and blood oxygen saturation level over the Internet from the embedded wireless modem in our MDKeeper™ wrist-based vital sign monitor,” notes Avner Amir, general manager of Tadiran LifeCare. “People’s health, safety, and quality of life are paramount to us as a medical device manufacturer. Connect One’s iChipSec is a drop-in solution that is field-proven, updateable and meets our need to combine secure wireless communications with biomedical sensors.”

“We are proud that Tadiran LifeCare selected iChipSec for their MDKeeper medical device,” says Alan Singer, Connect One vice president of sales and marketing. “Security of medical information is as vital as security of financial data. With iChipSec, customers such as Tadiran LifeCare can meet security and time-to-market goals on-time and on-budget.”

The CO711AG TCP/IP, security and crypto offload engine provides the manufacturer many benefits. It eliminates the need to use a more powerful processor for encryption, since iChipSec works with any host processor. Because it works with any or no host RTOS, iChipSec eliminates the complicated, time-consuming task of porting and shrinking the WiFi drivers and WPA supplicant from large Windows CE or Linux libraries to an embedded RTOS. It eliminates the need for additional memory to store the WiFi drivers and WPA supplicant in the application memory.

The logical interface between the host device processor and iChipSec is Connect One’s AT+i™ Protocol, a high-level API that enables fast and easy implementation and maintenance of the security and Internet protocols. AT+i requires no Internet programming expertise on the part of the designer and minimum modification of the host application. AT+i’s SerialNET™ plug-and-play operating mode does not require any change to the host application and enables CO711AG to act as a serial-to-WiFi bridge.

CO711AG supports up to 10 simultaneous TCP and UDP sockets for multi-tasking Internet sessions and two TCP listening sockets for acting as servers. It also includes upper layer Internet protocols like SMTP, POP3, MIME, and HTTP, FTP and Telnet clients, and a Web server. It includes two Web sites, one for configuring iChipSec and one for use by the application, that can serve up to three browsers simultaneously. iChipSec firmware is remotely updateable via sockets, FTP, or a Web browser, ensuring that devices deployed in the field will be able to keep up-to-date with new protocol standards.

The chip includes 1MB of remotely updateable flash memory for storing the Internet and security protocols, device configuration parameters, and the application Website. It also includes large SRAM buffers to help streamline data packet transmission between the host device and the Internet. The core and I/Os operate at 3.3 volts and at speeds up to 66 MHz. CO711AG is packaged in an RoHS-compliant 121-ball uBGA form factor.

Pricing and Availability
iChipSec CO711AG is available now for $13.75 for over 50,000 units. The II-EVB-330 evaluation board for secure LAN, cellular or dial-up access costs $450.00. The II-EVB-331 evaluation board for secure WiFi access costs $725.00. WPA2 encryption will be available during Q3. Support for secure SMTP (SMTPS) and HTTP (HTTPS) will be available during Q4.

E-Book that Will Earn You 100k

World's 1st E-Book that Will Earn You 100k without Spending 1 More Cent - Unveiled

World's 1st and only E-Book that earns a 100k without spending 1 more cent is unveiled. The only E-book said to lay the foundation and afford individuals to an invitation to join a marketing group that will train individuals through the process without them spending no more money when plan is followed.

Salida, CA, July 01, 2006 --(PR.COM)-- It's not a money game, or a get-rich-quick scheme. In fact, the concepts and methods utilized here are actually unique and truly amazing. In a network, marketing, and sales industry riddled with smoke screens and hype, it is virtually impossible to determine who is real and who's fake. According to business critics, 90% of online/offline business start-ups and maintenance are either to pricey, or may be priced to low so you get what you pay for, and lastly, the unsuspecting victims will probably be the best customers disguised as affiliates, representatives or business owners. With MLM, Network Marketing and all the issues that come along with business building such as list building, sales, marketing, recruiting and the likes most people lose momentum before they really get started. More and more money going in and not enough coming out can be a real bummer.

This is why Plan4Power and the E-book "The Internet Primer" were born, to change the way businesses are built along with paving the way for setting leading industry standards. Whether interested individuals have a business or not it can be easily added to their current mix. A real solution to the age old problem of running a business all with NO hype, NO selling, NO telling, and NO more out-of-pocket expenses. Sound impossible? Well, maybe not. Plan4Power is a marketing group, not a company and does not directly represent any outside company, product or service. Plan4Power represents and is loyal to its group members and its only product, which is the E-book "The Internet Primer". This E-book is said to be the Gateway not only to lay the foundation of earning a six-figure income through multiple streams and leveraging but also provides a wealth of knowledge. Along with the E-book comes many perks, and personal invitation to join the Plan4Power Marketing Group that will fully support and show its members how to achieve this all with no additional expenses and no risk.

Co-Founder of Plan4Power, Bruce Grone raves the E-book and stated The Plan4Power Group is the Mobile, Agile, Group with an Attitude.

The E-book is only $25 and now available at http://YourPlan4Power.org

So, basically it is up to "The Public" to decide. Could this be the best thing ever heard of in the marketing today? Is this the only book on the planet available to buy that not only lays a foundation, but also affords the opportunity to do so without having to invest one more penny? Hey, if it is everyone should know about it.

Bloody Christian Thorn Cap Causes Pain, Embarrassment, Laughter

New Christian Head Wear Sweeping U.S.

Preacher’s Kid Apparel (PKA), unveiled the “The Official Cap Of Christians,” during the recent Azusa Christian Conference, has taken-off and is sweeping U.S. churches, religious groups and Christians.

Los Angeles, CA, June 30, 2006 --(PR.COM)-- Preacher’s Kid Apparel (PKA), unveiled the “The Official Cap Of Christians”, during the recent Azusa Christian Conference, has taken-off and is sweeping U.S. churches, religious groups and Christians.

At first glance, the Cap Of Thorns is without question a new and refreshing headwear accessory for Christians. Many are amazed of the subliminal message it projects, and the impact it makes when worn. It’s been dubbed, The Official Cap of Christians because, unlike other religious head garment’s, it can be worn by: men, women and children. What makes the Cap Of Thorns so unique are the detailed 2-D embroidered thorns and hints of blood drippings, that go continuously around the base of a custom fitted baseball cap, which are made of a cool and lightweight polyester mesh fabric.

Preacher’s Kid Apparel, CEO, Mark Hill says the idea to create the caps was given to him by God, after he accepted God’s call to move back to his home church in Cleveland, Ohio, where he grew up as a Preacher’s Kid, to continue where his grandparents left off - spreading the word about Jesus Christ.
Hill states: “When God gave me the task to design it (Cap Of Thorns), I couldn’t believe it and I didn’t know where to begin. After doing some research, I’d learned the technique and the design had never been done before, but I had faith and knew that it was part of the commandment that God wanted me to undertake. I know when God commands you to do something, and gives you a vision, like the Cap Of Thorns -- you obey”.

During the Azusa Christian Conference, Hill stated “there were attendees from over 100 countries, who knew right away the Cap Of Thorns were a gift from God”. Hill adds, “the Cap Of Thorns takes a lot of faith to wear, and it will test your faith in Jesus Christ. When you wear the Cap Of Thorns, it supports your belief and will actually make you rethink the WWJD question, when you’re faced with everyday life situations.”

Single cap purchases are currently available at amazon.com, while bulk purchases for reseller’s and Churches are available via their website by emailing sales@preacherskidapparel.com. Hill adds, “We are eager to work with Church Organizations to develop custom fundraising programs”. Currently national distribution channels are being set-up, with desires to develop global distribution networks in early 2007.

Preacher’s Kid Apparel is also seeking donations and sponsorship support to continue its mission to spread the word of Jesus Christ, and develop a variety cap styles and fabrics.

All Things Great And Small: Google Checkout and Micropayments

I had heard about Google Checkout a while back and thought it made sense. After it doesn't hurt to have a competitor to PayPal, which I like.

Well, I ran across an article about it and decided to check it out and sign up. It seems pretty good. The idea of a central account that allows you to make purchases easily on-line is great, and their fees are low for sellers. And not passing the credit card along to vendors should help to reduce the security risk of that information being in many databases all over the place and more chances for the information to fall into the wrong hands.

But I was struck by a thought related to an interest I've had for several years now, and that is the question of Micro Payments. The challenge for selling things for small amounts of money, even fractions of a cent has been the costs involved with doing it. Some attempts have been made with systems that charge you a lump sum and then debit your account as you buy ring tones, music, photos, etc. The problem is that I don't think most Americans like this model. I always feel like my money is "tied up" when it could be doing other things for me. The other problem is fraud. Policing many millions of small transactions every day may be so costly that it eats into profits.

Well, I think I figured out the solution to the fraud issue a long time ago, but after mentioning it to a former employer who I thought might be interested, I have since kept my idea to myself. Perhaps I may still get a chance to share this idea with someone who could actually be in a position to see if it would work.... :-)

Anyway, I did a few searches on "google checkout micropayments" and found surprisingly few hits that had any information. Most stated that Google Checkout didn't offer micro-payments, most said that it wasn't ever going to happen, and only one thought that's what's next to be offered. So there are not many of us that can see the next logical step and that is Google Micropayments.

I think this will happen, because Google Checkout is in a perfect position to aggregate transactions to get the billing charges down low enough. Look for something like a Micropayment account where you can review all your charges and then get billed periodically, perhaps monthly. Merchants will get the same thing, a reporting system that allows the to track transactions on a detailed or summary level. Merchant fees will be low because the cost involved with be low. Google checkout will make it easy to buy bits and bytes with a simple login. Sales of wallpaper, icons, jokes, songs, and things we can't yet imagine will become even larger than they are now. Sites that don't sell things will have Virtual Tip Jars. Like a site? Toss a quarter in the tip jar. Want to donate to a charity easily? Slip a dollar into the tipjar. And, since you won't have to fill out a long checkout form, buying things with your handheld/phone will be easier. Wow!

This is so damn huge I can hardly stand it!

Of course, the huge potential will also draw the scammers, many of whom are smart enough to know that stealing a little from many is the low-profile way to go. Many see this as a problem that will quickly doom the concept of micropayments, but they don't know that I already have a solution... :-)

Gambling Portal Webmasters Association Sucked Up By Casino City

Casino City Acquires Gambling Portal Webmasters Association

19 July 2006 - NEWTON, Massachusetts – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Casino City, the world's largest provider of casino and gaming information, today announced its acquisition of the Gambling Portal Webmasters Association (http://www.gpwa.org), the largest webmaster forum of its kind on the Internet.

In announcing the move, Casino City CEO Michael Corfman described the GPWA as an important resource for online gaming portal site owners that will continue to thrive and grow under Casino City's leadership. "I look forward to working together with the GPWA membership, and with my colleagues at Casino City, to create an association that is vibrant and that has the relationships and resources necessary to make a difference," Corfman said. Casino City has been involved with the GPWA for four years, and Corfman himself has been a member for two years.

The GPWA was founded in May 2001 by Cynthia Carley, who wanted to create an organization that would strengthen relationships between affiliate program managers and portal webmasters. In May 2004, Carley sold the GPWA to husband and wife team John and Marlene Derosset, under whose leadership the organization's membership increased by 50 percent (now over 3,300 members) and the sponsor base doubled in size.

Carley, who is still an active GPWA member, gave a ringing endorsement to Corfman's acquisition, stating that his "ethics and values are sound, and his business expertise and acumen far surpass mine. I will be there to help in any way I can."

John Derosset, who along with his wife will also remain active in the GPWA, expressed his confidence that the organization will continue to grow and thrive: "Casino City has the resources and man/woman power to take GPWA to great heights. Under Michael's leadership, GPWA will move forward and become stronger than ever." Marlene Derosset added, "John and I have a lot of faith in Michael and will be there to support him in any way we can."

Casino City has already taken over the hosting and maintenance of the GPWA website, and earlier today rolled out an upgrade to the site with significant enhancements to its usability. New features include intuitive site navigation, more informative section introductions, and a greater focus on the extensive forums available on the site. GPWA's 70+ public and private forums feature nearly 24,000 threads and over 170,000 posts with invaluable news, information, and advice for seasoned, rookie, and aspiring webmasters.

Corfman, who is now the GPWA's Executive Director, plans to concentrate on enhancing the organization's role in increasing transparency in the gaming industry as a whole. "I think of the gaming industry as a public garden," he said. "If we want people to visit so we can be successful, we have to get rid of the weeds. I believe communities like the GPWA can support the good industry players and expose the bad industry players if they have the right infrastructure in place. We will direct our energy, passion, and resources to build tools that will be of the greatest benefit to the GPWA community."

Casino City is a publisher of directories and almanacs for the gaming industry including Casino City's iGaming Business Directory and the operator of a network of websites including http://www.CasinoCity.com and http://www.CasinoCityPress.com.

Developers Play '80s Arcade Games When not Programming

Prey Developers Play '80s Arcade Games When not Programming the Latest Hits

What do overworked game developers do when they take a break? Play classic 80’s arcade games of course. Human Head Studios has a Dream Arcades cocktail arcade table in their office for the staff and visitors to play at lunch and during breaks. This arcade allows the staff to play all their favorite arcade games like Centipede and Pac-man on one arcade.

Sacramento, CA (PRWEB) July 12, 2006 -- What do overworked game developers do when they take a break? Play classic '80s arcade games of course.

Human Head Studios has a Dream Arcades (http://www.DreamArcades.com) cocktail arcade table in their office for the staff and visitors to play at lunch and during breaks. This arcade allows the staff to play all their favorite arcade games like Centipede and Pac-man on one arcade.

When Human Head Studios was purchasing their Dream Arcade management’s only concern was how much it would interfere with getting work done, “(A Dream Arcade) would be ideal for our office reception area so I definitely want one. Though I don't want it to distract too much from getting Prey done.”

Think of a Dream arcades like an IPod ™, except instead of music, it can be loaded with arcade games. “It’s like having an entire arcade, but on just one machine” says Michael Ware, president of Dream Arcades. Each Dream arcade can hold hundreds of classic arcade games from the 80’s, plus a Dream Arcades can also run the latest arcade games, like the just released video game Prey.

Dream Arcades has sold machines to several game developers including the US office of Reality Pump, the publishers of Earth 2160. But don’t think you have to be a cutting edge game developer to afford a Dream Arcades. Complete Dream Arcades start at just $999, putting them in reach of most any classic gaming enthusiast.

Each arcade comes with a selection of licensed classic games and is designed for home or office use. Dream Arcades feature real arcade controls and even come with authentic arcade trackballl and a special PC interface. Playing classic video games, and even the latest PC titles on a real arcade takes the experience to the next level.

Michael Ware founded Dream Arcades in 2002 with the vision of bringing the best possible arcade experience to the consumer market. The company is now a leader of this rapidly expanding market. The company continues its mission by maintaining the quality and functionality required to produce low cost, high excitement authentic arcade experience at home.

About Dream Arcades LLC: http://www.DreamArcades.com

Dream Arcades LLC is the leading manufacturer of home arcades and kits in North America. Since its founding in a Folsom, CA garage in 2002, the company has maintained their goal of providing low cost, high quality video arcades for home use. Dream Arcades believes everyone should be able to play arcade games in the home and they shouldn’t be limited to a mouse and keyboard. Home arcades are a great way to have fun. Whether used to recall childhood memories with classics like Joust, Pac-Man or Missile Command or simply enjoy today’s hit games with the family, Dream Arcades believes everyone should be able to experience Michael Ware’s dream.

Consider Debt Settlement Before You File bankruptcy

Debt Settlement and Negotiation

by SHAWN HART

Debt Settlement and Negotiation

Finance & Investment

Before you file bankruptcy or start a long debt management plan, consider Debt Settlement.
Debt settlement is faster than debt management and saves you money. You can reduce your debt greatly through debt settlement or negotiation. If you've experienced any more financial setbacks personally or to your business, and find that you may not be able to meet your financial obligations, you may be able to get the debt relief that you need. Negotiating your debt is a safer, faster, and cheaper alternative to filing bankruptcy. Many financial institutions will work with you to settle outstanding debts for less than what is owed if you can produce evidence of a legitimate financial hardship. If you are deep in debt and currently having a difficult time meeting your financial obligations, its time to take action before bankruptcy is your only financial option. Debt resolution companies can help businesses and individuals resolve their financial problems by negotiating settlements and negotiate plans with creditors.

Working with a professional debt management firm will help you relieve the pressure of excessive debt without filing bankruptcy. They can help you get rid of angry debt collectors. A good debt management firm will help you settle debt for less than what is owed. They can also help you resolve lawsuits and disputes related to debt and eliminate the need for expensive and time-consuming litigation.

Another way to get rid of bad credit is through a consumer credit counseling agency. These agencies do not set up long-term monthly payment plans for clients. The businesses and individuals that they assist are usually in the "pre-bankruptcy" category, meaning that a more aggressive debt resolution strategy is needed in order for them to avoid bankruptcy. Therefore, their objective is to negotiate settlements with their client's creditors using the limited amount of cash funds that our client has available. If you have some but not all of the money owed and your deadlines are approaching, consumer credit counseling might be better for you.

Whether you are working on your personal credit or business credit, it is imperative that you are fully committed. You must decide that resolving your present financial situation is your top priority, and that you are absolutely committed to solving your financial problem while you still have the opportunity to do so.

With every day that passes, you are sinking further and further into a financial hole that you may never get out of. Avoiding your creditors will not solve your financial problems. If you are ready to move forward and find out how to solve your present financial predicament without filing bankruptcy, you need to contact a debt negotiation and/or settlement firms and talk with them about your situation as soon as possible to determine what options may still be available to you.

If your business that has already claimed bankruptcy or are just starting a company and want to get off to a good start, there is another solution called an Aged Shelf Corporation, or just Shelf Corporation. An aged shelf corporation is a corporation that has had no activity. It was created and put on the "shelf" to age. This corporation is then later usually sold to someone who would prefer to have an aged corporation rather than a new one.

There are several reasons a person might want to purchase an Aged Shelf Company. A company with a history is more likely to be selected as a business partner and have more credibility with clients. Some government contracts are only available to companies that have been in operation for a certain number of years. The older your company is, the higher your standings will be in the business community. More importantly, a good Aged Shelf Corporation will have pre-established commercial credit and will help you get a fresh start.
